Is there any place to lube the power engine hatch motor or arm? I rarely use it since it takes longer for it to open up the engine hatch than for me to lift it up and put the support rod in place, but it seems like it could use some lube.

If it's the same as the one on the 2004 245 Sundowner, which it probably is, there is a grease nipple ( "zerk") on the body of the unit. Depending on how the actuator is mounted in the boat, it might be underneath and not easy to see! I usually remove the actuator each winter and apply grease to the mounting pin/ bore as well as pumping some grease into it. It's easy to remove, you just have to pull out the two stainless steel pins.
