Clunk! Clang. Boom!
Buying an engine tomorrow. I guess the old girl did not like pulling the 38. Oh well, at least it made it to Jacksonville to get a AAA tow home on their bill. 190 miles.......... Some of the rods are laying in the oil pan. Anti-freeze dripping out of the block. Oil coming out of number two spark plug. It looked like a Nascar style blow up. It was cool, well sort of.

I always figured if I am going to loose an engine or something, I want some entertainment out of it for the money. I got my moneys worth this time!

Update!

Bought an engine with only 47k miles on it. Same year, same combination out of an RV.

Now I have to buy another Engine hoist, ( have three at our Kansas home) and an engine stand, have 4 at home.

I guess they go along with my brand new gun lathe and tooling that I bought 1.5 yrs ago and still have not plugged in.

I most likely will not be able to just throw this other engine in without at least making it pretty. 8) 8)
