Late to the game on this one but here was mine. Looks like I had the larger one. Never had the roller issue.

Hey FWFord's, I called that phone number you shared but no one ever answers and no answering machine. Any other on-line stores who might have them?

Thanks

I just now called the number and they answered.

I'll try again on Wednesday. Do they have a website? I'd like to check-out their company profile before giving them my credit info...

http://www.hanksboats.com I know at least one of our members bought there boat from them, and might use them for parts/service. From what I remember they've been around a while.

Just talked with Hanks Boats and they said those brackets retail for $36 each. They would also need to order them from the factory (who knows how long that would take). Anywho, they suggested going to a machine shop to build them much cheaper and faster.

I only had my Horizon 240 about a month before I couldn't stand the double roller setup anymore, so Here was my solution:

I designed a shape, and had two plates waterjet from 1/4" SST plate. These keep the upper roller in it's original position, and eliminate the lower roller. One bolt goes through the original pivot point, and I drilled a hole in each side of the winch mounting channel for the other bolt. No problems since then. I can power on until the bow-eye hits the bottom of the roller, or winch the last bit.

I put on new 4" urethane roller with end-bells, but the Stultz Rollers that FWFord's used look like better quality.
