Last year someone mentioned checking your bunk bolts in one of these topics and so I went ahead and checked them at the time and they were loose, all of them. I checked again this spring and they were all loose again, some more than others. So word to the wise, put a wrench on all your bunk bolts.

Very good advice! My buddy has a 08 H180 and one day when loading his boat had a bunk actually fall off the mount and his boat fell on the mount causing a big gauge in the hull!! I noticed this summer when checking mine as I always do that I have one missing in one of my bunks. I have an eagle trailer though.

Mine were all very loose the first time I checked them. Last fall I had all my bunks replaced so now I get to start over on the tightening process.

Do you guys have stainless bolts? My trailer is old (but a galvanized one) and all of the bolts are rusted and going to have to be cut off. On bunks carpet is close to needing a replacement and I will tackle the project. Trailer came that way btw

Little if any of the original hardware on these trailers is stainless. That my biggest beef with them. I've replaced everything with stainless over time, including the bolts on the new bunks last fall.

They are galvanized on mine and are in good condition still and all of them have a lock washer. I've thought about using thread locker too, but I need to check them once a year anyway for good measure so it's kind of pointless and it would be messy trying to use the thread locker from under the trailer, even if it was only applied to the nut.
