I usually get stainless slip in hitches and I bought a few of the Reese with the nut slot for the ball so I only needed one wrench to change balls. Last summer, for my black crew cab dually, I bought the black chrome one. The flats on the hitch stripped out and now takes a channel lock to change balls again. Not happy. :(

Has anyone else bought these or had the same trouble?

I guess I will go back to the polished stainless one.

Sounds about right. Maybe I should at least call them on it, you never know if they might replace it.
