Anyone ever remove all seats and trim pieces on a 268 vista? I have a hookup at a MasterCraft dealer and am getting the factory MasterCraft carbon fiber vinyl for dirt cheap... Just want to know how much of a project it is to remove the seats and trim

I am wondering about this myself. From what I saw, it looks like it will be a PITA.

Had to re-staple the bolster seat and figured out the following. Pulling the lever on the captains seat to the port allows the entire seat to move forward-it's not easy to slide forward. When in the full forward position 6 phillips head screws are visible thru holes in the base board. Removing them allows removal of the entire assembly.

I just replaced the seat and the port side trim on my 269. Seat was easy as described above.

Trim was a pain.

Forward bottom of trim there is a small Philips head screw -- remove it.

Disconnect batteries

Remove 4 screws in electrical switch panel below and rear of trim. Pull out panel as far as you can.

Reach into opening and up. There is a nut that hold on the trim that has to be removed. I think it is 1/2"

Starting from front, push up on trim to loosen it from the clips. It will rotate on the bolt that you removed the nut from previously.

When completely off clips, remove trim.

Took several tries to find the "right" way to remove it.

Good luck.
