Has anyone ever used a power washer on the interior, those with fiberglass flooring with no carpet that is  . I would imagine, you would have to be carefull not to power wash too close to not cause any grooves, etc to the boat.

Your thoughts.....

I just used a cheapie powerwasher I picked up at Costco on the bilge of our 348. Worked great. I also used it up on the non-skid and it likewise worked fine. I'd be cautious about using it any surface that wasn't coated with a smooth gelcoat. If you're just talking a fiberglass matted surface, not a smooth one, then I'd be very careful. You wouldn't want the pressure to 'catch' on some of the roving and start lifting it up.

But honestly, better cleaners and just plain old scrubbing with a brush does just as good a job, at least for the surfaces I was cleaning. Pressure washers are great but not always the best tool for the job.

I wash my Bilge, engine compartment, non skid (works great there) and cockpit (including seats) with my power washer.. I LOVE IT! You jusr need to be carefull not to use too much pressure, I have a variable pressure unit with various spray tips. It works very well! I'd give it a try.

yep, works wonders on the non-skid along with a pretreat consisting of a brush and meguires deck wash. It becomes such a bright white that it'll hurt your eyes!
