When I picked up my boat from the dealership this year, the guy cleaning it told us to use the 50/50 mixture as well, says its all you need and is cheap too.

I wash the boat then use the solution to make sure its good to go.

Only use it for wipedown or maintaining a nice shine from a good cleaning and wax job. Still wash with gelcoat cleaner and wax a couple of time a season.
