I'm planning on a sub under the co-drivers seat - this will involve a cable run from there to below decks somehow.

Has anyone run this cable in a Vista and know the best way to get the cable through to below decks?

Ill take a shot at it since no one else has responded. On my 248 vista, 2001... There are plastic compartments under both seats, those come out with a few screws. You should be able to either drill a hole or there may be an access hole to get into the side wall that the shifter is mounted on. If not you could probably shoot down into engine compartment ....thinking while im typing....why not just go down into engine compartment and then follow the battery cables to the stereo. Other option is get into shifter sidewall come around and into the captains helm. then you might be able to get into cabinets area and go from there

Hmm - all sealed up under the seats on the side wall - may have to drill a hole into the side wall to drop down into the compartment above the stbd fuel tank.
