Anyone have any experience or feedback on the Bazooka amplified subs? http://www.amazon.com/Bazooka-BTA8100-100-Watt-Amplified-Subwoofer/dp/B0002QYS8W/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1265771653&sr=1-1 I am still trying to figure out what I want to do with my system. These seem like a simple all-in-one solution.

Some people like them and if you need what I sort of refer to as some simple, fill in bass....they are probably ok. For anyone who really enjoys loud music, quality sound and bass....I would probably pass.

My brother has one on his boat and it sounds "good". An improvement for sure over no sub at all. There have been times when we've had to turn the bass down as the sub coudn't handle it.

If you want an all in one I would reccomend a different brand, I had the Infinity Basslink in my old ford explorer a few years ago and it sounded great plus it came with a remote level control.

Ok, maybe I am the only one on this board that uses them. I have one in the boat and another in my jeep.

As mentioned above, they are ok, I am not wanting the "best" sound system on the lake or trail. Just a little addition to help out.
I would rather spend my money else where.

I like them and they perform well enough for us.

Bought them at walmart for less than I could, at the time, get them off ebay.

Very easy solution, if it fits what you want to accomplish
