59.99 with 1.99 shipping...not as cheap as we have seen, but not bad either.

Thanks for the heads up. Just about ready to upgrade the speakers on my arch. I know all about
the Polk's, but have heard some new Infinity's that I was very impressed with. They will also
handle MUCH more power than the Polk's too. But, they are $30 more per pair than the Polk's.

Ah, I could have saved a couple dollars....... :)

I just orderd 2 pairs of the Polk DB651 speakers from Sonic Electronix Sales for $67.95 US a pair. They had free shipping in the US with this price.

Since I boat on Lake St.Clair in Canada, I had the speakers shipped to a marina in Michigan that I will be boating over to next weekend.

I'm looking forward to installing these and hearing how they sound.

Mike.

The new infinity 612s are a very nice speaker...

I can't get over the blue cone... but if you can, then it's a great option!

Nice to see some company investment in marine speakers...

Wow, great deal....thanks for posting. I've been thinking about these all week after reading about them on here. Can someone please advise...do these swap out w/my stock Clarion 6.5's w/o drilling? Do you just unplug the Clarions and connect those wires to the Polks? Sorry for the newbie question...

You may need to drill new holes for the mounting screws, but the existing hole for the speaker works. You can just unplug the Clarions and plug in the polks, but the Polks have smaller flat blade terminals - some will change out the female connectors on the speaker wire, others will crimp the existing female connectors enough to ensure a good connection.

Don't forget to paint the grills white!
