What color is that antifoul, Decision?
You don't paint the outdrives?

Going to the lake for a few days this coming Friday - Sunday. Weather is supposed to be sunny and in the 80s everyday. Hopefully I'll have some new pics to share next week.

The antifouling paint I use is Interlux VC-17. The original color (that's actually the paint color name "Original") goes on a copper color and when this antifouling paint is exposed to water it turns to a graphite grey color. My before the shrink wrap is removed picture above shows the actual color of this bottom paint. Our marina power washes our boat when it is lifted out for our winter season and some of the VC-17 gets blown off my hull.

I can't use VC-17 on my drives as the copper content in the VC-17 negatively reacts with the aluminum drives. We do have special antifouling paint we could use for our drives, but the majority of cruisers on our lake use bottom paint on their hulls and try to clean their drives in the water sometime(s) during our approximate 6 month boating season.

Yeah, it was just the fuse that sits right there at the trim pump. When I was looking around at the lake it just looked like a wire harness so I didn't even try unplugging it. Once I got home and got inside the engine bay to look around I un-clipped it and was surprised to see a fuse in there. Luckily it was an easy fix.

Went down to the beautiful Broken Bow lake in South East Oklahoma last weekend. Didn't even think about taking in pics until we were heading back to the ramp for the last time. Told my wife to snap a few quick shots. Me and my daughter even jumped in and swam. It was cool, but not near as bad as I thought it was going to be. Weather was perfect. This was also the first trip out with the new flooring, we love it! Comfortable and really makes the boat feel newer and nicer than before. I'll try to remember to get more shots next trip out.

May 1st (Sunday) was the first day of rack storage. Rain stopped after lunch so I could install the batteries, carpet, life jackets, lines, etc. Didn't go out on the lake but ran on muffs. I missed that sound so much. Want to go out on Saturday but calling for rain throughout the entire day. Sunday is going to be perfect weather wise but we have mother's day stuff to do instead. Maybe I can take a half-day on Friday?
