This is my first Four Winns, its a 1991 22ft Cuddy. I'm in need of replacing the plexiglass door/hatch cover entrance to the cuddy. The factory no longer lists it as available. Anyone have any ideas or help?
And is this going to be a common thing for parts on a boat this age?

If there is just a simple curve in the plexiglass it can be fabricated by any good shop specializing in bending plexiglass. Mine is a 1988 so the door is different.

I have a 1992 Sundowner 205 Cuddy and my smoke colored plexiglass doors are absolutely flat. I suspect your's are similars to mine.
If you have all the old hardware and hinges, just find a plastics vendor near you and have them cut you a pair.
The only tricky part would be the overlapping area on the free edges of the doors which are milled down to half thickness so that the latch can lock the 2 doors together.
