Yup, my boat is safely back in the slip. We were only out there for a few hours on Sat for the air show.
Funny, we had a conversation while we were out there about the idiots that leave their boats unattended near the beach. I've seen the wind whip up some huge waves in a matter of minutes while we were anchored out there.

It is a shame what is happening on Torch Lake. The music is so loud and there is so much trash in the lake after the sand bar parties that they are talking about banning them. That place has been a great destination for decades. My parents used to go there in the 60s. Heck, I think I saw my first set of boobies there when I was around 12 years old. :twisted:

Had a bit of a laugh when I realized the boat had been bobbing up and down in someone's wake when I took a pano shot from the dock...slightly distorted...

We went to our first big tie up of the year this past saturday. It was on Okauchee Lake. A little tamer than previous years, but still a blast. Weather was awesome, 80's and humid. A local DJ puts all of his gear on the roof of his pontoon and provides some entertainment for everyone. Puts on a decent show. Here are some pictures from it. I cant wait for next years.

Went out on my best friends Glasstron cruising and took the kids to the sand bar while home visiting over the weekend.

Little man is 8 months old and was so concerned with Adison 2.25yrs while she was asleep on the boat. And kept holding onto her life jacket.

Yea, same to you, was good talking to you. We won't be on our boat this weekend, as we're at Lake of the Ozarks again this weekend for the holiday and my wife's and a friends big birthday blow out, wish me luck! Should be back to the home lake the following weekend through the end of October, hopefully we'll see you around. Thanks for the pic!
