That awful feeling when you make an offer on a house and find out your boat wont fit!

A little modification to the roof/overhang and you will be good to go ;)

PS: Where in Vegas is this? We lived in Southern Highlands for a few years and miss it every winter....

I did the first time I went to look at it. The gate has room, didn't factor in the roof overhang.

The place is in SE Las Vegas, Its very hard to find a house that you can park your boat at in this part of town. Some of the places have gates but placed the pool pump or AC units right inside, so no room. Others have HOAs that say nothing that is higher than the gate is allowed...the search continues..

I bought a house with a third garage stall. As we moved our stuff inside the house, I backed the boat into it's new home and discovered that the boat trailer was 8.5 ft wide and the garage door was 8 ft wide. No joy on that one.

Your boat really looks awesome. Yes I feel that it is a bit big compared to your house. If there would be a big balcony in front, then it may not have looked that big for your hour house. A three storied house would also look great with that boat garaged.

Hmmmmm.......looks like time for a garage expansion to house the boat and protect it from the sun  :D :x Nice looking house.

Don't feel bad....I bought our first house after getting married only to find my damn truck wouldn't make it down driveway without pulling in both mirrors. I didn't have electric folding mirrors. That was a pain in the butt twice a day. I understand your oversight more so than mine.
