Hello everyone,

Checking in from Green Bay, WI. We currently have a 1984 Chris-Craft 291 Catalina Fly Bridge. We've decided we want something newer, and easier to get on and off as it's tough to get my parents and dogs onto the old Chris. We started looking at Sundancers and had our minds set on a 330. I never gave Four Winns a thought until walking the dock from the Sea Ray. The massive swim platform is exactly what I need. Now, I've seem to have fallen in love with the 328. I listed both of my boats (also have a Mako 171 Center Console) and will be looking to purchase a 328 over winter. I figured I'd join the forum and get to know Fours Winns a little better as every boat has a mystery or quirk to it. A couple pics of my current boats.

Welcome to the forum. There are several others that have or have had a 328. Also, you might look at posts over the last few years in the Vista section for additional info. Best wishes on your search.

Welcome to the forum. That's a nice looking Chris Craft you have there.

What is your location / boating area?

How about this Vista 348 (2005) that was just posted:

Then you still have Inboards like your Chris Craft instead of the higher maintenance I/Os

Welcome to the forum and good luck with your 328 Vista search. If you give an approximate area as to where you are located, some forum members may be able to post some local 328 Vista's that could be for sale in your immediate area.

Thanks for the welcome guys! I do most of my boating on Green Bay and Lake Michigan. We also use the Mako on the St.Croix as we like the Stillwater area of Minnesota. That 348, love it! But she's out of my league. I'm probably looking on the low end $40,000, high end $60,000 so I need a loved 12-17 year old boat.. I love the Chris-Craft but my Father now struggles to get on it. My boat is named "Fathers Day" and every Sunday including yesterday we get out on her. I want to make it as easy as possible for him, so a big platform and transom entry is needed.
