Very informative post. I'm so glad you figured it out, and during that time, you have identified an issue with the trailer and unique hull design of the funships, that others can learn from.
Congrats, and I hope you can get out a few more times this year.

Good news.

Now go to the hardware store and get some stainless steel washers and nuts to put on your guide. My previous and current FW had those same poor quality (are they galvanized?) hardware. They crusted completely causing rust on the post as well. Very unsightly.One whole guide came off when the washer finally gave way. I can see the rust starting to develop on yours. Take them off before nuts won't come off. My new one got stainless the first month I had it.

I went to Home Depot and all they had was zinc plated, so I got them. They'll have to do for now.

I cut grooves in the guide bunks, I'll post pics soon.
