have to replace my anchor on an H190. How do you attach the rope to the boat?

Haven't used mine on my 170, but was thinking the front cleats since they are very close to bow.

My Four Winns had a hole through a fiberglass rib at the bottom of the anchor locker to tie the end of the anchor line to. This kept it from coming completely loose. I then used the front cleat to set the proper scope.
