Try this before you buy a new one:
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=9801&hilit=horn+fix
I replaced mine before seeing that thread and it turned out it was fixable. Now I have a spare.

Hello - first year with my Vista 328. Horn decided to stop working. makes a quiet noise, and has worked intermittently, but something is wrong. Any ideas? |

Mine did this fooled me into buying a new one, it turned out to be corrosion on a fuse. Check for voltage at the horn switch. |
