Do you have the Neutra-Salt Engine Flushing Kit‎ system on your boat?

A very useful bit of equipment indeed. It made the anodes on my DPS drive last around 3 x 6 month immersions in salt water

A few points after having 2 of them:

Recommended for use in saltwater only

The green power on LED is only on if the boat is in water

If it's in water and the green is not on, check the power supply !

Red and green LEDs on, working near it's max. For my current boat with the DPH drive, that was the case until I fitted Al anodes; now only the green is lit.

Check the 2 active/ sensing electrodes; the potting compound VP used is very brittle and the cables can become exposed; easily repaired by repotting with PU sealant if you catch it early enough. Too late and the copper cable gets corroded.

Thanks for the details. I will have a look at mine, I am pretty sure I have no lights on.
