Looking to add 1 new battery to my existing battery to add a little more juice.

My question is can you mix a 750 with a 900 amp?

Actually adding to power the tv I will be adding.

Whats the best way to hook it up to save energy and should I get a 12v or 110 powered tv?

Thanks for the info

I will say "yes". What you shoud not do, is mix battery types on the same charger. As in AGM, wetcells & Gelcels.

Personally, I would go with a 12V T.V. No matter were you are, you can use it.

I agree with all that. Amps are amps, you can mix those all you want; it's battery chemistry you need to be careful about mixing.
