Does anyone know what replacement fluid can be used for the compass mounted on top of my dash in my 190?

Thanks. I don't know the brand. It it the one that came on the boat from the factory. I'll double check, but I don't remember seeing a brand name.

Should be a Ritchie Compass, and I believe they are a sealed unit, kinda like the old Magic Eight Ball, once the fluid is gone, time to get a new one.

I have an Airguide compass. It is servicable - has a filling pin.

But, my dad (previous owner of my boat), said it was leaking, and that's why he eventually drained it. It doesn't appear to be damaged, but I may just buy a new ritchie to replace?

I have measured the compass and (flush) mounting hole. Are most compasses a standard size that should fit without modifications?
