What have been the best ways of securing fenders to the boats? We frequently tie up to other boats and having the option of quickly adjusting the fender height would be nice. We tied them off to cleats on the old boat but it was a little more labor intensive. I've seen the Taylor vinyl adjusters but have heard mixed reviews. Is there anything more durable? Does anyone have a strong opposition to fixating fenders to the bow rail?

I have these on my bow rail and love them. Completely adjustable and easy to remove.

I was considering these but have never seen them in action. Do you have the fish eye style fender or the type shown in the picture?

I have replaced multiple fenders over the last 2 years on my previous boat because I was using a small fender latch system. I do not want to have to worry about lost fenders and fender covers! Have your fenders and adjusters seen any good size storms?

I have the standard, fisheye fenders.

Honestly I put them on when I launch, and take them off before I leave the marina. They go back on when I return. So they have never seen a storm or anything. I have left her over night and added a knot just to be sure they wouldn't slip off.

I just bought the Fendergrips at the boat show - they seem to work great, and most importantly, the admiral loves them (as she does most of the heavy fender work...!)

On our Larson, I used (and loved!) TaylorMade fender hangers like these:

Now, with our 328, I just tie them off either to a cleat or one of the Bimini uprights.
