Cabin hatch or engine hatch?

If you want genuine best try the parts listing at Four Winns site.

Otherwise try eBay...

Thanks alot,

It is the cabin hatch, the arm has broken on it.. Very smilar boat you have there, mine is the 2004 which I have just bought and am still trying to work it out.

Do you trailer yours or moor it?

There's two brands of hatches used in the marine industry. Bomar is the main one, I forgot the other brand. Just gotta find out what model # hatch you have and generally it just comes down to visually comparing it to the website pics and measurement sizes. Once you figure out the model # you just order whatever parts you need off the cheapest website.

If you're lucky the brand is cast in the housing in the hatch. If your boat is covered just take it off and look for the model # on it. That's not a bad idea anyways because after a couple years they leak and require resealing.

Hi Mattlow,

Yeah - pretty much identical boat. Hope you enjoy yours we love ours.

We trailer ours (behind a Jeep Grand Cherokee we just bought in December) and use it quite a lot. In fact we're currently on vacation on the Gold Coast with the boat (about a 600 mile road trip) and it towed very well.

We also do a lot of weekends and overnighters on the boat and enjoy getting away.

Of course now looking for the "next" boat...
