OK Sushi, since my dealer never sells anything less than retail I'd be looking at a little over $7000 for the arch and mounting hardware plus another $600+ for installation?

Hey Mike, other than the Samson arch I found, what other companies make a quality reverse arch?

I don't think I've seen any that I'd put above Samson, but again - I don't even have an arch, so consider the source. :) .

Some folks also have them custom fabricated. Check out Mark HB's custom arch from Fishing Boats Unlimited.

Here's the fabrication shop that makes some of Cobalt's arches; that's a Cobalt arch in progress sitting out in front (possibly for a 272?). I can try to get their phone number but I doubt they'd be able to do anything for you. They're not a "tower manufacturer," they're a fabricator with the skills & equipment to make arches. Never hurts to call though.

Monster seems to be another well made tower, but the style isn't everyone's cup of tea.

XTP (Extreme Tower Products) made the wakeboard towers for Four Winns, Malibu, Crownline, Supra and a lot of others when I bought my 240 in 2006. Mine was a stock "tower" not the arch you are talking about but I like it. You might try to find them.

One thing I have noticed on newer boats is that the wakeboard racks swivel around to the inside of the boat - that looks nice!

That is a huge bimini but you'll be stowing it if you plan on towing a wake boarder. It appears the rope and bimini will crash.

The rope and bimini will crash if we leave the bimini with normal position (as on picture)
The rear support poles are telescoping slides and it allows the bimini to slide the rear down about 1 foot while using the tower, and it allows the rope enough room to not hit the bimini fabric.

I am looking into installing an arch on my 2007 Horizon 220. With the aftermarket arches, is modification to the travel cover necessary? Does the arch go outside the snap line of the towing cover?

Also, while towing is it better to have the arch up or down?
