For other SL owners, this is what my dealer rigged up for me for my grill mount. It has proven to be an excellent mount and excellent location...Thanks Ryan!

How does everything disassemble for storage?

Looks great! Ryan does do a nice work with these projects! That square tube extension idea with those mounts is great!

the square aluminum tubes are permanently fixed to the grill. This setup has no problem staying put if I choose to keep it on while underway. I simply put the black cover on it and detach out of the receptacles in the gunwale and lay it in the ski locker.

Cool solution, but I can't imagine ever needing to grill out on the boat. I know a lot of people do it, but it definitely isn't for me.

It does look nice, but I'm with you leftlane, no need to grill on the boat for me either.
