Can anyone identify this the source of the whining/whirring noise? I started a thread the other day and it was suggested that it was a fuel pump going. It also sounds as though I have a squeek in my belt.

Hopefully this video will help pinpoint the issue before I haul it out of the water and drive it to a Volvo Penta mechanic.
