Not 100% sure, but I've got it pretty much whittled down to the amp. I've got power going in from both the battery and the head unit, but the amp won't turn on. I've still got to replace the fuses tomorrow, but they sure look good to the naked eye.

I did try the head unit reset but no such luck. Thanks for the suggestion.
