Looking to replace the swim ladder on my 95 190 and was curious to whether any one knew the size of the oem ladder and the mounting hole size? Thank You.

try the parts catalog on Four Winns website under customer service. I have a 1995 190 O/B and am using the 1996 190 horizon o/B from what I remember nothing really changed on those two years. the manuals are even the same for 1995-1997.
