Tried two different gas stations yesterday, both stations set on slow could not get fuel into the tank. Before you ask, it's not full, I pulled the inspection cover and can visualize. Just about as soon as the gas handle is turned on gas starts coming back out. I'm assuming it's a vent issue. My question is if it's a simple matter of clearing the vent line, or will there be any backflow type devices in the tube. Also, has anyone relocated the gas fill? The location on these boats is horrible, fine if they're on a trailer but inconvenient as heck at the gas dock.

I can't speak for the H240 specifically but my old Campion had an issue just like that. no matter how slow, it still burped and would not fill. What it turned out being was that the vent line sat relatively flat in 1 area and once gas got into that part, it blocked the vent. I rerouted the hose so it fully drained and had no pockets that could catch gas and everything was fine after that. Disconnect the vent hose at the underside of the filler neck and blow it out. If that then allows filling the tank then it may be a similar issue that I had.
I'd check into that first...
