I have a 2003 Horizon 190 that needs two new gauges (tach and 4 in 1). Wondering how to access gauges. Have not started the job yet but it seems clear there is no access from behind, so I assume the dash panel is removed from the front.
There are two screws at the top front of the dash panel.

Is this the way to go?

Before digging too much are you sure the gauges are the problem and not the sender? doesn't sound like you have the troubled VDO panel but regardless a bad ground or flakey sender could be an easier fix.

Otherwise I believe there are 4 posts behind the panel that should allow it to fall in or out.
