Well today the old boat went to its new owner. I have no regrets as it went to good friends of ours who will put it to good use. I would hate it to have gone to someone who wouldn't appreciate it. Lots of good memories I will post some pics when my teenage computer literate son can help me
This photo of the old boat was taken one overcast morning when a stream of sunlight was hitting it. The old boat went to some very good friends of mine who I know will put it to good use, which was more important to me than any dollar figure I could have got for it. It is interesting that I got more enjoyment from giving our old boat away than getting our new one. I must point out here that we were over the moon about getting a new boat

This is of course our new boat in the same location

Ardy, does the new boat stay in the water all the time?

In a word no, however we tend to spend about every second or third weekend up the river, and when we do we launch the boat Friday evening and don't pull it out until we leave on Sunday afternoon .

Ok Ardy! prove to us that you can really post pictures by yourself by starting to post pictures like a mad man... dog, cat, house, truck, roadtrain? whatever..... Your mission (should you choose to take it) is to give us a photo pictorial of "A day in Ardy's Life"
