I need a few parts and I'm wondering the best place to get them.

Here's what I need:

1. New snap-in carpet. The one I've got is ok, but my wife wants a new one.

2. Latch to the little door to the aft swim deck. The original is broken.

3. Igloo cooler for the kitchenette. It has a built-in spot for a cooler, but I need to know what size and a place from which to purchase it.

4. Port-a-potty. Is there a specific model that Four Winns used for these boats? There are metal connectors on the floor that are to hold it in place. Does Four Winns sell these or will any aftermarket potty work? I want it to fit so that it stays put.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Ok, found the carpet. I also think I found a source for the little door latch.

The toilet I have in my 2008 260 Horizon is a Thetford. As you can see in this image it has the brackets to hold it in place.

Just google thetford toilets and you can get them any number of places. I would avoid the dealer.

The cooler is an igloo marine cooler. 99% certain it is a 36 quart. Google that as well. There should be multiple vendors. I know Costco and Bass Pro Shops carry them.

If its the Igloo 36qt marine cooler.... I've even seen that one at some Wal-Marts...

I replaced the snap-in carpet in my '99 FS. I ended up ordering new carpet from FW. It was actually less expensive then the aftermarket bids I got and I didn't have to send them template. Carpet came as promised and was a perfect fit. I had to install the snaps myself (or dealer would have done it). The snaps were supplied with the carpet from FW, just not installed on the carpet.

I replaced the cooler as well. I think both West Marine and Bass Pro carry the igloos.

Another very good source that you may already be aware of is FW's website. They have a very good online parts catalog. Most of the stuff they use is readily avaliable aftermarket you just have to know the size/part # etc. Sometimes you can figure it out just looking at the FW part # and/or description.

This is great! Looks like they created a new gauge cluster to replace the VDO display. I'll be taking a look at this at some point. I'm curious about the price.

I paid a little over $500 for mine a few years ago, it is very easy to install, less then 15 minutes.
