I just bought a 1998 214 FS 3 weeks ago. If I can help with any of your questions let me know. I went through the boat and trailer in hopes of making it as close to new condition as possible.

New to the Four Winns group but restored a trailerable sailboat and sailed the great lakes the last several years.

Thanks for the quick response, I have a 1999 214 I'm trying to bring back to life and near as I can figure they ran that style of boar from 1999-2001, could be wrong however. I'm missing the engine cover on back to include the support for the seat back rest and sun deck. I was hoping to get some info on how it is constructed, attached and how and where the vent is attached. Looks like I will have the whole summer to work on it, I'm in just outside Destin, FL and looks like the oil is goping to shut us down here. I will try and attach a picture so you can see what is missing. thanks again for the help
