what is the real advantage of having a 4 blade? if i went that route, would i still need to go with a 19 pitch? just thinking, but would less pitch and a slightly larger diameter prop help on both hole shot and cruise, it seems to have the hp for what i am doing if not a lil more

3, 4, 5 blade doesn't matter. What matters is what the prop was designed to do, not how many blades it has on it. You have the specific needs of wanting a prop to improve holeshot for tow sports. That would be the High5 as the best option. Other than that, probably the quicksilver typhoon series as they're also designed for tow sports.

My 88 200 with the 4.3 Cobra came with a 14.5x19 but in looking at the FW specs for 200s with the 4.3 it should have come with a 15x17. When I changed to the 15x17 it performed much better but still does not exceed 5000 rpm. My boat is a bit bigger and no doubt heavier though, the old 200s from 88-92 were significantly bigger than the later ones at 20'9" long....
I'd stick with the 14.5x19 if you are sure your tach is accurate. I have a hard time imagining that it could hit 6000 rpm though unless the drive ratio was changed (like someone used a drive with the correct ratio for a 4 cyl Cobra)......
