If it's not removable, I can see how many maintenance jobs would be tough, changing a starter would probably require an engine pull if the starter is in the same place as on the older engines (under the port side as you face it). Even the drains on either side of the block would be a stretch. I'll have to look at one at the upcoming boat show to see how they are configured.
Good luck! They only make the S215, and from what I've heard that is being discontinued after this next year. It's all molded in fiberglass, talk about a PITA..thankfully I'm pretty small.
