I agree with all of you about the economy. It is a great time to get that Vista. But I'm sure I'll take a beating on my Sundowner. I would hope to get around $35,000 - $40,000

2006 Sundowner
5.7 GXI DP
225 hrs
Cockpit cover & Camper Canvas
Salt water boating
Flushed religiously
Serviced Annually
Used Weekly, well almost

Sounds about right. I bought mine with 50 hrs, he traded in for a Big Baja bowrider, And he left $5000.00 of electronics on it. Large screen Lowrance, with all the accy's except for the radar dome. Trailer isn't included, but I have a trailer, Unless I find a boat with a trailer. I don't need a trailer except for service and annual maintenance.

I would include the trailer in your package if it is roadworthy. This opens up the market alot farther than just your local area. Your price range seems reasonable but with 268 Vista's in the 40K range I think 30-35K is more realistic. Your electronic package will help raise the value too though. All you can do is list it and see if you get any interest.

I think its a bit high, but you never know. Some people might want a big cuddy vs. a cruiser.

You *should* be able to land in the 30's on that boat... I'd start it the good 'ol 39,995. Keeps you under that '4' barrier.

Might check with a dealer to see what they will do on consignment... could be another option?
