They sell the impellers alone and as part of a "kit". I only bought the impellers alone as they kit was back-ordered for a while. I believe the kit includes a gasket, o-ring and something else. But since mine failed at a pretty low number of hours it was only the impeller that needed replacing. I'm sure the next time I'll probably need the other danged stuff too...
