Greetings all; I am looking to install a davit system on my 2006 348 swim platform for a Walker Bay Genesis 340 FTD. The dinghy rig with a 25 hp outboard is about 400 pounds. I am considering the Prodav swivel davit or the Hurley H3O (both look similar). I am looking for the dimensions of the swim platform of the 348 - if anyone can point to published numbers - I could not find them in owners manuals. I would appreciate any comments on either the swivel davit system or mounting an 11 ft dinghy on the swim platform. Happy Super Ball. |
