Yes, and it was fixed. FW did a bit of a design flaw, no access is possible for the top rail of the door.
What happened with ours is the screw that holds the nylon block that runs thru the track came loose. There is no way to get at the top of the screw to tighten it. You would have to lift the door a touch to get it to slide properly.
What they did was to cut a hole in the fiberglass to be able to access the screw. They fixed it so it would never come loose again. They then had a fiberglass repair guy come in and repair the hole.
Big repair $ for FW for a $.05 screw.
