Finally gonna update what we ended up doing. At first I was looking at installing a track or new bulkhead to attach a curtain to but it was a simple temporary fix that ended up being the solution. A simple 3 foot plastic hooked bungee cord and a 84in panel curtain is all you need. I removed the panel above the microwave to attached the hook to a bracket, and attached the other end to the forward outer wall of the head. I noticed how often the curtain gets kneeled on or pulled when entering or exiting the bunk and the bungee just stretches and goes right back where a fixed curtain might get damaged. The best part is you can change the color of your curtain whenever you want for under 10 bucks! You could always stitch the sides of the panel and press it for a neater look, this panel had been shoved to the side since vacation so it looks a little sloppy in these pics. My wife now refers to the V berth as "Ben's apartment" since she stays with RJ in the bunk. With a tv and an air conditioning vent installed up there I guess it really is like my own little apartment

Well here is a link but looks like the pictures are gone http://www.smwebhead.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=13261&hilit=ac+vent

I added a duct splitter behind the closet next the the stairs then ran a 4" insulated flex tube down and behind my fridge. I'm having trouble finding my pics for the install but ill keep searching.

That's a nice looking curtain  and that faucet looks pretty sweet too!

Here are my pics from the A/C vent install - was not a bad project at all.

All looks great! , any links to the splitter for the AC vent, the grill, or those bad ass faucets?
