All,

I removed my Bimini top and valance for the hurricane a month or so ago. It was stored inside the house. Today I am trying to install the Bimini, valance was no issue, and I am having a hell of a time. Like the thing shrunk and now the clips do not line up by as much as 1/4-1/2 inch. I am pulling like a son’ ‘itch. I have the 4 on top on after almost getting hernia from pulling but the rest is almost impossible. Any ideas?

Is it the vinyl where you are having issues? It does shrink when it gets cold, a lot... I usually zip where I can and let it sit in the sun for a little to soften up. Be careful, don't pull to hard on the zippers. The stitching can pull out. Don't ask me how I know.
