If you use a bowl cleaner make sure it's compatible with your tank treatment. Some tank treatments use bacteria to do their dirty work. This is why you can't mix them with treatments that contain formaldehyde. So if you're leaving any solids in the tank be mindful of the tank treatment (which only work when solids are present). No sense cleaning the bowl only to have that stop the tank treatment from working, right?

If you've not been using it there's always the chance the through hull for the sea cock is clogged. No good way to fix this if it's in the water. Well, you COULD just pop the hose off the strainer and use a hose to backflush it. But if anything "goes wrong" you've got a BIG problem. An unused sea cock might have seized. And if it was corroded enough to seize it's also probably weak enough to fail. Panic quickly ensues... Best to do that when it's on the trailer.
