Can't use this on the bay and I pulled it out to utilize the thru-hull for the newly installed AC.
If someone could use it, make offer.

Do you still have this? I'm building a home pump out for my 248 vista. Let me know what price your looking for.

Thanks,

I do still have it. I'm leaving for ~two months for work on Tuesday so send me your email and I'll go get a picture really quick for ya. In the meantime I'll try to figure out a price. I don't need much; it's just taking up space.

Thanks!

Brenden

MK:
Are you going to change out the thru-hull? You may find that unless you do, the A/C will not prime. The thru-hull on an A/C needs to be scooped because the A/C pump is a centrifugal pump that does not self prime. After my boat is on the trailer, my A/C will not pump unless I take the boat on plane for a few seconds to re-prime the pump. You may find that if you don't change the thru-hull you will need to use a hose and prime the system by forcing water thru the system via the discharge thru-hull above the waterline.

I think in the manual it just specified you'd need the clam thru hull if you expected to use the ac while underway, which I don't. I keep the boat slipped.. it stayed primed all last summer, no issues. I was wondering how it would work out at first but it did indeed work flawlessly last year.
