What a pity you are not in Australia. It would sell for 50,000 Australian dollars here, which at the current exchange rate is about 32,000 US dollars.

At that price and considering a Georgia resident won't have to pay sales tax on it, I think she'll sell.

My buddy just bought a 2005 Regal 5.0 Carb 2100 for $17k from a dealer so there are other deals out there. Its less boat than your 220 though.
