I have a very nice Westland boat cover that is made from a fabric called Sharkskin. It is 100% waterproof. It is considered a "semi-custom" cover as it will fit pretty much any boat that is 23.5' - 24.5' and with a bean of 102". I used it on my 2000 230/240 Horizon and it fit great. The cover has been great but we store the boat indoors and is really no longer needed. It is a little dusty but that can be cleaned very easily. It comes with straps to secure it to your trailer. The is one small hole on the right side just above the elastic cord that runs around the perimeter. A canvas shop could easily fix it for very little money or it could be left as it does not effect the function. I have attached a picture to show the hole. Please email or call me at 616-206-2028. Thank you for looking.

If you follow this link http://boatcovers.iboats.com/Four_Winns/230_Horizon_%282000-2001%29_Westland-E24/6281/ - this cover is the second one down "Sharkskin Plus Trailerable". I paid $345.00 for the cover three years ago. Asking $125 and I will pay the shipping. Let me know if you have any questions.

rhojo,
The cover looks great. I've got one like it on my 180 Horizon. One thing that I did was;
Got some of the Styrofoam "noodles" and split them lengthwise and put them on the top of the windshield. That kinda pads the cover from the sharp edges, works real good!
