Those would not work all the time since we have such a drastic change in water levels. Its not uncommon to get more than 10 feet higher levels. We are flooded about 3 feet now and tides are generally 3 feet so that's a 6 foot change to mid summer at low tide.
Then buy as many as you need and stack them on top of eachother. Your problem isn't unique and there's solutions made. My neighbor uses this brand on his pilings. The "Single D" profile to be exact. There's retailers you can order whatever length you need on the web.
