I'm the new owner of a 1998 Horizon 200.
I've never sized a prop and the one that came
with the boat is cracked and needs replaced.
Obviously on a budget since I have a 1998 model,
Any suggestions? Size, pitch, etc..
4.3 Volvo Penta
I believe it's the Volvo Sx outdrive..
The exist prop has SSX on the hub..

Same boat as mine it sounds like....probably easier to go to a prop seller and ask them what goes on it...but here is the one from my boat.

Four Winns Fast Facts says the OEM prop is a 14 1/2 diameter x 19" pitch. The Volvo SX drives has a different hub than the Mercruiser, so specify that when looking at replacement props. One has 15 splines, the other is 19.

Depending on the damage to the OEM prop, it may be repairable. Even if you get a replacement prop, you might look at repairing the original to have as a spare.
