https://www.dropbox.com/s/ad9a4yaqobs7d ... s.JPG?dl=0Ok, here is how I made mine easier to service. Got rid of the big heavy to move bench seat. Replaced that with two 37" wide pontoon bench seats. These can be easily removed because they are half the width and lighter. Then the bulkheads behind the seat are retained with bolts and wing nuts. Easy to take apart. The big bulkhead that goes across behind the seats, I put two take apart hinges in the middle so it can open like a door to change the oil or pull the plugs for winterinzing. Much easier than what it was.
Now if a relative bought one of those new ones, I bet I could figure out how to make some of the molded in 'glass removable. Or I'd take it to my favorite 'glass shop in Long Island and ask the owner how he'd do it.
