If you didn't fix that buzz yet, you might check the diameter of the mounting hole. When I installed my speakers I had one do the same thing. It turned out it the speaker basket was under a little tension from the hole and it created the buzz. As soon as I opened it up a little, the sound cleaned right up.
BTW if you get an amp, IMO get more power than you'll need. You'll probably never run the amp at full volume and most of them sound a lot cleaner when their loafing along at 50% power or less. A 5 channel would be a great choice, so you can add the inevitable subwoofer later without a second amp.
